Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sussex, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Resurface existing asphalt surface. Surface area approx. 24,000 feet square. Re-pave the parking lot, including all parking lot lines, accessibility spaces and repair or remove curbing where needed(Approx. 180 linear ft of curb and 75 ft of walkway). Extend parking lot(south east corner of the parking lot) for employee parking (10 spots). By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fails to receive the required documentation. Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
