Renovation of an educational facility in Sussex, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Fire Alarm Upgrade. .2 Exit Signage Upgrade. .3 Emergency Lighting Upgrade. .4 Demolition and removal of redudant systems, wiring, conduit and all ancillaries as required. .5 All cutting, patching & refinishing of floors, walls, ceilings shall be the responsbility of the contractor. All refinishing to match existing. .6 System commissioning shall be arranged to avoid disturbances to regular work hour operations and shall be coordinated as required with DTI, Owner and Engineer. .7 Coordination with others. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
