Renovation of a municipal facility in Sussex, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Remove and replacement of an existing DX cooling coil including associated condenser, piping, and controls. .2 Removal of an existing humidifier distributor from an existing air handler, and replacement with new downstream of unit c/w relocated controls. .3 Modification to existing DDC controls to suit removal/replacement of equipment. .4 Replacement of sections of an existing unit cabinet and drain pan which have failed. .5 Removal and replacement of existing electrical feed for new DX condenser. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
