* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Roof 1: Recap .1 Existing modified roofing to remain in place. Prepare existing cap sheet by sweeping clean, priming, and embedding granules as per specification. Provide new roofing membrane cap sheet and install over existing. .2 Roof edge metal flashing(2 piece) to be removed and replaced with new to match colour, shape, profile, and size. See details. .3 Recap existing high front parapet as per details. .4 Recapping of existing vent stacks as noted in details. .5 Replace clamping rings from drains raising height if necessary. .6 Removal and reinstallation of RTU sleepers as per details. .7 Removal/reinstallation of fan units following recapping c/w new metal flashings as per details. .8 Removal/reinstallation of roof hatch following recapping c/w new metal flashings as per details. .9 Recapping of capped projection and curb for large vent stack as per details. .10 Remove existing rusted flag pole c/w all associated fasteners, attachments, clips, etc. and patch wall good to existing.
