The City has five (5) different lots sizes. Enclosed is a zoning map reviewing each zoning district boundaries in various colors, your bid shall include a dollar amount for each size lot R-O thru R-4. R-0 15,000 sq. ft. R-1 10,000 sq. ft. R-2 8,400 sq. ft. R-3 7,200 sq. ft. R-4 6,600 sq. ft. The successful bidder would need to be available on a daily basis and the mowing would need to be completed within 48 hours upon contact from City Official providing a list of lots to be cut. Under no circumstance shall a lot be cut without authorization from the City. The bid price should include mowing, removal of weeds, sweeping, raking, disposing of grass clippings and trimming bushes as needed. Your invoice must be accompanied by the work order for payment and will require a listing of each address; date the work that was performed on your company letter head and before and after pictures on a USB device preferred. The list will be compared with the list provided by each inspector for cuttings, only those authorized by the inspector will be paid. All invoices must be submitted the week grass cutting is complete. The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities and accept the bid which appears to be in the best interest of the City. MBE/FBE encouraged. All contractors must be licensed with the City of Country Club Hills and provide the necessary insurance.
