Contractor understands that this is a non-binding forecast subject to factors outside of the District's control, which may result in actual demand increasing or decreasing from figures provided. To support a wireless access point replacement project, qualified Contractors shall provide and install CommScope certified Category 5e or Category 6a Ethernet cabling punched down at District designated patch panel locations. Category of Ethernet cabling required is determined by the incumbent cabling standard at each building. The cabling shall be installed and properly terminated on RJ45 Network Jack by the Contractor in classroom locations determined by the District and wireless access point system design plans. Contractor Questions Due April 11, 2022 - 2:00 p.m. Colorado State Statues require a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on public projects more than $50,000.00. Contractor is required to post bonds, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Colorado, upon notification of Bid award. Performance and Payment bonds will each be equal to 100% of contract price and must remain in effect until completion of contract The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
