Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Vernon, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Regional District of North Okanagan manages through contract the Vernon Community Arts Centre (VCAC), located in Vernon, BC. The RDNO requires the services of a qualified electrical contractor to upgrade electrical components and replace dated light fixtures throughout the facility. Initially constructed in the 1960s as an addition to the elementary school, the building usage has transitioned over the years, accompanied by minor remodeling projects to suit. On behalf of the VCAC, the successful proponent will apply for a grant through the BC Hydro Incentive Program to maximize energy efficiency and overall cost savings for the lighting scope of the project.
