Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Spring Valley, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Bids will be awarded only to such entities under whose name; qualifications, bonding and other documentation are properly submitted. Firms choosing to submit their bid via U.S. Mail or other delivery service are required to have their bids delivered prior to the appointed bidding time. The award of the bid will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, and whose bid meets the requirements of the bid package. Only original and originally executed bidding documents will be accepted. Bidders must comply with all the rules and regulations required by the Village of New Square, the State of New York Office of Community Renewal, and the U.S. department of Housing and Urban Development (including but not limited to the payment of prevailing wage rates as per the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act), and all equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements. MBE/WBE firms, and Section 3 firms are encouraged to submit bids. All Bids and required documentation must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the title of the bid contained therein.
