As of July 20,2022. Project has been awarded to Oden Enterprises in the amount of $56,527.70 The Project consists of the collection and transportation of existing bridge materials provided by Adair County, fabrication and galvanizing of a single span steel bridge superstructure, and delivery of the finished superstructure to the project location. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the County Clerk, 311 N. Elson St., Kirksville, MO, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; and the office of the Engineer, Howe Company, LLC 804 E. Patton Street, Macon, MO, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid Documents can also be obtained in PDF form from website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office and website.
