The Work consists of P.A. Systems, Technology, and Electrical work as indicated on the bidding documents for Project 2021 GOB - P.A. Systems Renovations at Albany Elementary, Eaton Elementary, Royerton Elementary, and Delta Middle School buildings. Work includes removal of existing P.A. Systems Headend, Speakers, and devices and installation of new Headend, speakers, and devices.

Muncie, IN 47303 The Work will be for a stipulated sum. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Odle McGuire Shook, Indianapolis, Indiana Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a Bid Bond (A310), certified check or cashier's check. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum prior to execution of Contracts. The Contract awarded will be conditioned upon and subject to the completion of financing by the Owner in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of construction, plus all incidental expenses, and will be subject to termination without penalty or liability at the option of the Owner any time after the date of award, in the event the Owner shall determine that such financing cannot be completed. Accordingly, a Bidder, by submitting a bid, expressly states that he is familiar with the requirements of Indiana Code 36-1-12-6 and agrees he will grant the Owner 90 days to award a Contract. 1. 2. On Site Construction Begins: July 1, 2022.
3. Work shall be completed by August 26, 2022.
