The project(s) consists of the re-construction of and the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer line and furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, and tools plant to perform all necessary labor, as detailed by the plans and spec- ifications. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the engineer BY EMAIL, TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED above, NO LATER THAN Monday, April 25, 2022. THE CONTRACT REQUIRES VARIOUS PORTIONS OF THE PROJECTS TO BE SUBSTAINTIALLY COMPLETE AND Useable BY June 30th, 2022. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten. The sum or total bid will be written in both words and figures. Contractors may bid one or more projects, or provide a single bid consisting of all projects, with each bid submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his/her address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders as provided for by the specifications. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by EDMOND PUBLIC SCHOOLS, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. EDMOND PUBLIC SCHOOLS reserves the right TO AWARD CONTRACTS BASED UPON CONTRACTOR'S ABILITY, PLANT, AND CURRENT WORK LOAD, BID PRICE AND PROJECT LOCATION AND TO REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. Edmond Public Schools reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion.
