Site work for a municipal facility in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City owns and will provide the rock that is to be installed on the sign structures. This rock is only for the vertical sign elements and does not include rock to be used on the ground. Photos of the material are available, and inspections may be arranged. Prior to construction, the selected bidder and the City will determine an estimated amount of rock needed to complete the project. In the event that the contractor underestimates the required amount of rock contractor will need to provide documentation of the circumstance creating the deficiency prior to additional rock being released. The contractor is responsible for loading, transporting, and un-loading the material which is located no more than 11 miles from any of the projects. The contractor is responsible for the material and shall be liable for theft, damage, or any other loss of material once the contractor takes possession of it. Un-used material must be delivered back to the Citys stockpile, by the contractor. Bid bond should be submitted online or by e-mail prior to the closing date and time.
