Site work for a water / sewer project in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The p roject primarily consists of 409 linear feet of 8 ductile iron pipe (DIP), fittings, valves, and asphalt; tying into two existing water lines. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. Electronic (pdf) Bid Documents will be made available beginning on Thursday, April 7, 2022 until the time that Bids are opened. Bidders shall email scottf@sgm-inc.com to request the Bid Documents. The email subject line shall read: Request for Electronic Bid Documents Horse Ranch Water Line . The email shall contain the following information: Name, Company, and phone number. For all technical questions, bidders shall send an email to scottf@sgm-inc.com. The Bid and Bid Guarantees must be placed in one envelope, securely sealed therein, and labeled Bid Proposal for the Lower Edgewood Water Line and be delivered to the District at the address stated above on or before the bid opening date and time.
