Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to upgrade and replace the concrete at Town Park Station bus stop. This will include the installation of an already designed electric mat snowmelt system. It is intended that this project will conform to the Town's aesthetic, structural, and design specifications found in EXHIBIT B. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bidders are required to submit a qualifying Bid Bond as described above. All bids submitted without such security may be deemed nonresponsive. Any material that is to be considered as confidential in nature must be clearly marked as such and will be treated as confidential by the Town to the extent permitted by law and subject to CORA C.R.S. 24-72-101.1 et. seq.
