Renovation of a medical facility in Lethbridge, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Work involves removal of the existing tar and gravel roof system on Sections 2,3,4,5,6,7 and 27 of the Chinook Regional Hospital down to the existing decking and replacement with a new two-ply SBS roofing assembly. Replacement also includes all existing metal flashings and roof accessories except for the flashing around the skylight which will be replaced by Ferguson to maintain warranty on the skylights. The Project schedule calls for the Work to commence 15 days after the effective date of the Contract, and for Facility Takeover to be achieved no more than 45 days the effective date of the Contract.
