Project Name: Boundary Cone Rd & Oatman Highway Rumblestrips Project (TRACS) Number: T0353 01D District: Northwest Route/MP: N/A Funding Source: HSIP Construction Funding FY: 2023 The project limits extend along Boundary Cone Road from SR 95 to Oatman Highway and on Oatman Highway from Boundary Cone Road to Powell Lake Road within Mohave County. Boundary Cone Road and Oatman Highway are both rural major collectors with one travel lane in each direction, while Boundary Cone Road has a short segment with two westbound lanes. Each of these corridors have experienced lane departure crashes qualifying them for HSIP funding. There will be no Pre-Submittal Meeting associated with this solicitation. This project will install centerline and edgeline rumblestrips within the project limits. Project deliverables include: Scoping Letter Pavement Evaluation Report Stage III Stage IV Final PS&E As the project progresses, it is anticipated that an additional scope task that may be requested on this project will be Monument Existing Right of Way Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until April 13, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time). No further questions shall be accepted after the time specified The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
