Questions from Vendors about scope or approach due November 17, 2023 The Project consists of constructing and installing Fuel Pumps, Diesel Pumps, Fuel Canopies, Fuel Tanks and related construction activities. Site improvements and parking areas will overlap with construction activities of the C-Store. The new store will be constructed in place of an existing fueling system; any hazardous waste, mitigation, and remediation shall be part of the overall scope of the project. The C-Store will be constructed in the location of the former Tire Shop for services to remain uninterrupted for as long as possible. The selected contractor will work in conjunction with the General Contractor constructing the C-Store and Tire Shop. The White Mountain Apache Tribe is requesting proposals from Contractors, licensed in the State of Arizona, for the construction and installation of the New C-Store Fuel Pumps, Canopies, Tanks, and associated construction activities.
