This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Weekly lagoon inspections, monthly lift station inspections (at Adair Rest Area only), mechanical vegetation maintenance of lagoon dikes, predischarge/discharge sampling, lagoon discharges per the permit requirements, lagoon liner repairs, and to provide inspections/reports to MDOT weekly Contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance of the Contract activities, and meet operational standards, to ensure compliance with the NPDES Wastewater Discharge General Permit, Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon Effluent. Work items include weekly lagoon inspections, monthly lift station inspections (at Adair Rest Area only), mechanical vegetation maintenance of lagoon dikes, predischarge/discharge sampling, lagoon discharges per the permit requirements, lagoon liner repairs, and to provide inspections/reports to MDOT weekly. Inspections must be completed by a C-1c certified wastewater operator.
