Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Smyrna, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Carteret County Government (hereinafter referred to as "the County" or "Carteret County") is requesting Proposals to provide and install a Playcraft System Structure #R50417A8B3 and 2 Bay Arch Swing #A2-2120-2B, A2 -2120-2FB, 4,600 square feet of artificial turf, and a 60' x 5' ADA compliant sidewalk. Carteret County reserves the right to reject any or all responses; to disqualify incomplete or improper submittals, waive minor defects as it deems applicable, request additional information from any respondent, change or modify the scope of the project at any time without penalty, negotiate terms with one or more respondents, reject any or all proposals without penalty and take steps necessary to act in the County's best interest.
