N69450-22-D-0002/0003/0004/0005/0006/0007/0008/0009 Item 0001, Base Bid - Mayport Transformer at Echo-1: The Base Bid shall include a complete design and specification, demolition, renovation, calculations, installations and construction driven by the addition of a new Delta-Wye substation type transformer of 3.75 MVA capacity, a new switchboard/switchgear docked/connected to the new transformer and a new ship-to-shore 12 receptacles power igloo to the existing electrical system at this wharf. It shall include but not limited to all civil, structural, architectural, fire protection, electrical works for the addition of the new electrical equipment aforementioned, (and any other equipment as required) and the construction of a CMU that will house the new transformer and the new switchboard/switchgear as described throughout the RFP. Apply new roofing over existing building(s) in the same manner as specified for the new addition(s), at the same time the new roofing is installed over the new addition(s). Roofing shall be continuous and watertight over both areas. Provide a 20 year installation guarantee from the installer that includes the manufacturer's material guarantee.
