Seeding, fertilizing, and mulching and other surface replacement 5. Miscellaneous work to complete project Section 2 - Water Supply, Treatment, & Backwash Treatment - (September 1, 2023 Substantial Completion) 1. Construction of new 2x6 stud wall design water treatment facility located at the SW intersection of Wiggle Street and County Road P30 in Jamaica, IA 2. Construction of one new well, rehabilitation of one existing well on site, and abandoning one existing well on site. 3. Installation of all planned utilities with all proposed grading and excavation 4. Construction of a backwash water treatment infiltration basin in the NE corner 5. Seeding, fertilizing, and mulching and other surface replacement 6. Miscellaneous work to complete project
