This project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing walls, finishes, furniture, and MEP equipment; installation of new walls, doors, frames, ceilings, and finishes for two to three offices; new MEP equipment and lighting to serve new office spaces; and installation of new furnishings. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award.
