Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cook, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Site excavation and grading 2. Clearing and Grubbing 3. Sanitary Stabilization Ponds. 4. Rapid Infiltration Basins. 5. Replacement of existing sanitary sewer lines. 6. Sanitary Lift Stations 7. Grinder Pumps. Est. Value:$ 1,512,500.00. Attendees must register for the Pre-Bid Meeting by April 22, 2022 to brad.sandberg@state.mn.us with their full legal name, date of birth and photo copy of their state issued ID card or Driver's License. All Contractors attending the Pre-Bid Meeting will be required to wear a N95 mask. 62741 County Road 551, Cook, MN 55723. Soliciting Agent: State of Minnesota All questions should be submitted no later than April 29, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. Only authorized personnel listed in this section above are authorized to discuss this solicitation with responders.
