Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Excelsior, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary for the construction complete in-place, that includes but is not limited to the following: A. Removal and replacement of existing wet well equipment and pumps. B. Rehabilitation of the existing wet well including pouring a new concrete floor and recoating all concrete surfaces. C. Removal and replacement of piping from the wet well to the isolation valves in the existing valve vault. D. Bypass pumping. E. Televising and locating of an upstream existing manhole. F. Installation of new control panel and controls. G. Installation of new backup natural gas emergency generator. Additonal Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Excelsior shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
