Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: A. Process Piping and Appurtenances B. Process Equipment for Clarifier, Recarbonation Basin, and Gravity Filters C. Chemical Feed Equipment D. Electrical Power and Controls E. Roofing F. Architectural and Structural Repairs Minimum Contractor Qualifications: The Bidder shall have experience as a General Contractor in the successful completion of at least two (2) municipal water treatment plant or plant rehabilitation projects within the last three (3) years. The bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications, as prepared by WSB, 178 East 9th Street, Suite 200, St. Paul, MN, 55101, which are on file with the City Administrator of Tonka Bay and may be seen at the office of the Consulting Engineers or at the office of the City Administrator No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Administrator of Tonka Bay The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids/RFP of the City shall comply with the provisions of the statute. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids. The City of Tonka Bay reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Engineer/Manager for the project.
