The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days Following expiration of the time for receiving bids, Gardner Builders will review the proposals and a bid tabulation will be sent to the city of Excelsior who will announce the awarded work at the June 6, 2022 City Council meeting. The recommendations for award will be conducted via Zoom Webinar at the city council meeting. Refer to the city address for login information.
