E-3m Bituminous Seal Coat in Place Per portal Specs Bids Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope, Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and Marked "Bid for 2022 Bituminous Seal Coat", and Addressed to Richard H. Schilling, Township Manager, Bedminster Township Municipal Building, 432 Elephant Road, Perkasie, Pa 18944. The Bids Will Be Publicly Opened and Read at the Above Time and Place. All Bids Must Be Submitted on the Forms Furnished by the Township and Must Conform to the Specifications, Terms and Conditions Which Are Contained Therein Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond or money order payable to the Township of Bedminster in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, waive informalities and award the bid in the best interest of the Township.
