Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Remove the existing built-up roof system and install a new gravel surfaced built-up roof system. Additonal Description: This project is Targeted Group/Economically Disadvantaged/Veteran-Owned preference. All questions should be submitted no later than 4:00 PM, April 22, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. The pre-bid meeting format will adhere to social distancing and other guidance provided by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
