Resurfacing of 19.0 Mm Binder in Place on Sweetbriar Road Per Penndot Specs 5,084 +/- Sq.yds. Resurfacing of 19.0 Mm Binder in Place on Sweetbriar Road Per Penndot Specs Bids Shall Be Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and Submitted in a Sealed Envelope, Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and Marked "Bids for 2022 Paving: Applebutter & Sweetbriar Roads", and Addressed to Richard H. Schilling, Township Manager, Bedminster Township Municipal Building, 432 Elephant Road, Perkasie, Pa 18944. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the above time and place. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Township and must conform to the specifications, terms and conditions which are contained therein. Forms and specifications are available during regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday) or by calling (215) 249-3320. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond or money order payable to the Township of Bedminster in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, waive informalities and award the bid in the best interest of the Township.
