Renovation of a museum in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Restore and Polish Floors The State Reserves the Right to Purchase Any or All Products or Services Covered by the Contract on the Open Market and to Charge the Contractor With Cost in Excess of the Contract Price. Until Such Assessed Charges Have Been Paid, No Subsequent Bid From the Defaulting Contractor Will Be Considered. Remove finish from all Terrazzo flooring using chemical stripper and slow speed buffers. Using diamond pads and stone polishing equipment, grind and polish all Terrazzo to a glossy finish. Clean baseboards to remove old finish that has splashes on them. For all entrances, grind Terrazzo to remove discoloration and apply sealer. Cover and protect all adjacent finished surfaces during restoration process. Project is to be completed within 2 weeks of project beginning date. Scope of work includes labor, materials, and services required to produce a completed installation which is acceptable to the agency. Before this contract is acceptable and complete, successful bidder shall clean up and remove from the premise all debris resulting from his work, and shall see to it that all the items furnished are left in good order, clean, and properly installed.
