The gravel haul for the municipality will consist of hauling and spreading approximately 5,000 cubic yards of crushed road gravel from RM gravel pit NW-19-26-15-W2 over 50+ miles of RM roads. Gravel haul must be completed by August 1, 2022 weather permitting. Hauling price must be stated as base per yarded miles under a 4 mile haul and over a 4 mile haul. Any bid which is not sealed and not received by the date specified will not be reviewed by Council. The lowest and any tender may not necessarily be accepted and The Rural Municipality of Kellross No. 247 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
