Site work for a water / sewer project in Sherman, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bonds shall be submitted by a surety company specifically approved in writing from the OWNER holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as a surety, or other sureties acceptable to the OWNER. Said statutory bonds should be issued by a company carrying a current Best Rating of "A" or better. The name of the surety company shall be clearly written on the exterior of the sealed bid. The OWNER may consider informal any bid submitted where the bonding company has not been specifically approved in writing. For information to secure bid documents, call (903) 892-7314. This project consists of 320 linear feet of 15" SDR-26 ASTM D3034 sewer pipe, 2 - 5' diameter manholes, connection to existing services, temporary bypass piping, traffic control, erosion control measures, and other sewer related construction, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Failure to attend will not be cause for lack of knowledge of project. It shall still be the CONTRACTORS responsibility to familiarize their self with project aspects and components that may be required to complete.
