Renovation of a mixed-use development in Windsor, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Create a secured vestibule in Windsor Elementary School by installing the following: The addition of an interior framed-aluminum storefront system, the addition of an Aiphone and a card reader on an existing exterior vestibule door, the addition of a card reader on an existing administration door located within the newly created secured vestibule and the removal of the existing administration sliding pass-thru window glazing and frame insert within the existing hollow metal frame. Replace the removed pass-thru window unit with laminated security glazing set within the existing hollow metal frame. Along with the installation of a card reader at one of the existing exterior vestibule entry doors of the Elementary School, install card readers on exterior doors as noted in door schedule for the Elementary School and scheduled exterior doors of the High School. The exterior site improvement at the Elementary School involves the converting of the existing asphalt playground area into an overflow parking area with the sealing of cracks, resurfacing and striping of pavement markings, and removal of a section of the existing chain link fencing for the installation of a rolling gate.
