Windsor Street Improvements 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. MBE (10%), WBE (10%) Bid(5%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%), Certified Check Contractor shall provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for its employees working onsite on the project. The program shall include a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA, or a similarprogram approved by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations which is at least as stringent as an approved OSHA program. All employees working on the project are required to complete the program within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Any employee found on the worksite subject to this section without documentation ofthe successful completion of the course required under subsection (a) shall be afforded 20 days to produce such documentation before being subject to removal from the project. Contractor shall require all subcontractors to observe the construction safety program requirements of this section. Pursuant to Sec. 292.675 RSMo., Contractor shall forfeit as a penalty to the City $2,500.00 plus $100.00 for each employee employed by Contractor or subcontractor, for each calendar day, or portion thereof, such employee is employed without the required training. The penalty shall not begin to accrue until the time periods in subsections (a) and (b) have elapsed. City shall withhold and retain from the amount due Contractor under this contract, all sums and amounts due and owing City as a result of any violation of this section. This contract includes but is not limited to the following items ofwork, which are listed for the convenience of the Contractor in understanding the intended scope of work: 1. Traffic control and signage; 2. Public Notification; 3. Installation of BP-1 pavement; 4. Installation of Black Base 5. Type 5 Aggregate 6. Geotextile Fabric 7. All items incidental to total completion
