If a prospective bidder is not registered as a bidder with the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Public Works, Highways by virtue of his/her downloading of plans, then notices of subsequent contract-related meetings, appropriate contract addenda, or other significant matters related to the contract proposal or bid will not be communicated to said prospective bidder. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the Special Instructions and Special Specifications accompanying the Itemized Proposal, including but not limited to Federal, State and County contract forms, NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, OSHA Training certifications, Davis-Bacon Federal and/or NYSDOL Minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the proposed contract, and the schedules as certified for the particular contract.
