Saving Project...

Demolition, site work, asbestos abatement, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

The construction scope of this project entails demolition services of existing infrastructure over three independent phases; abatement and demolition of buildings in Phases 2 and 3; construction of new infrastructure over three independent phases covering 36 acres; and construction of Phase A and Phase B vertical developments totaling 140 rental units. TCB is currently managing the Phase I abatement and demolition of above ground portion of 32 individual buildings that includes 192 units of existing public housing located on the southeastern portion of the housing complex. It is expected that this RFP's selected contractor will complete the underground demolition and continue with new construction.
