This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Boiler Mechanical Upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for a Boiler Mechanical Upgrade in 5 Apartment Buildings D, E, F, G and W located at 330-331 Blake Street, Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, provision of new thermostatic temperature limiting valves, domestic cold water system and premise protection, heating pump replacement, heating controls, boiler system and associated equipment, domestic water heating and storage, natural gas piping and revisions, and miscellaneous hot water heating appurtenances. Work site location will not be partially occupied during construction. Masks must be worn when entering Manitoba Housing properties. Deadline for questions April 26, 2022.
