Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Contract includes work, materials and procedures as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications and other documents referenced or related to this project. Work for this Contract, identified as SMS Project No. 22-318-01 includes but is not limited to the following: - Replacement of existing CDP and MCC (c/w transformer and panel) with new. - Installation of new feeders to existing motors. - Replacement of 4 motors and installation of variable frequency drives. - Replacement of all existing lighting in basement crawlspace and mechanical room. - Testing and adjustment of equipment and sequences after equipment has been installed.
