Furnish and deliver thermoplastic pavement marking compound. All material shall meet the requirements of Standard Specifications for retroreflective thermoplastic compound pavement markings, and in accordance with the requirement of the specifications of the project. The scope of work consists of furnishing and delivering reflective thermoplastic compound pavement marking materials to the various Highways District Offices on an "as-needed" basis Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Tano, Jacklord C. Bid, performance and payment bonds are not required for this project. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public. The CONTRACTOR hereby covenants and agrees to furnish, perform and/or deliver all labor, supplies, materials, equipment and services as provided herein for a period of WORKING_DAYS from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed from the State, with an option to extend for FOUR (4) additional ONE (1) YEAR periods subject to the terms specified in Section SECTION_REFERENCING_OPTION_YEAR of the Specifications. The total term of this contract shall not exceed FIVE (5) YEARS.
