In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: The work generally consists of constructing a 740 LF access road, water control, 11,000 CY of mechanical dredging and off-site disposal, and site restoration. Any changes, additions and/or deletions resulting from this pre-bid conference will be covered in an addendum to the Contract Documents. This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 5% MBE/WBE and a 5% SBE. The Engineer's Estimate for the PICHA LAKE DREDGING PROJECT is $ 953,000.00 All questions regarding the Contract Documents shall be directed to the Stormwater Manager of Construction for the NEORSD, Anthony Calvelage at CalvelageA@neorsd.org. Bid File No: EB-2452 Resolution No. 115-22 Resolution Date: April 07, 2022 The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bids and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). Deadline for Questions: Monday, April 25, 2022, at 8:00 am.
