The Wilbraham Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for The Pines 667-2 Development for the Wilbraham Housing Authority in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Roy S. Brown Architects. Replace existing built-up roof system and existing gypsum deck with new single- ply EPDM roof system and new metal deck. For projects with an estimated construction cost of over $100,000, General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), according to Article 2.1 in Section 00.21.00 Instructions to Bidders, in the category of: Roofing Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Wilbraham Housing Authority.
