The Town of Wilbraham, the Awarding Authority, invites bids for the construction of the new Wilbraham Senior Center currently located behind the Town Hall at a 240 Springfield Street, Wilbraham, MA. The scope of work includes the Construction of a three story, 15,890 square foot Senior Center building, including associated site clearing, site preparation and development. The General Contractor shall be DCAMM certified. The Filed Sub-Bidder DCAMM certification categories for this project are as follows: Metals, Glass and Glazing, Roofing & Flashing, Acoustic Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, SS44A-44J, as most recently amended, and all other applicable laws.
