Renovation of an educational facility in Walpole, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Only PREQUALIFIED BIDDERS can submit for the following categories Waterpoofing, Dampproofing & Caulking Roofing & Flashing Metal Windows Contracts do not need to be prequalified to submit bids for Elevators. The project consists of approximately 162,000 square feet of new construction as well as demolition of the existing Bird Middle School after completion of the new building. The estimated cost of the work is $92.6 million. All workers must be paid prevailing wage rates as described in the Contract Documents, and all workers on site will be required to submit to Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background checks.
