Renovate Bathrooms at 204 Norfolk St., Norfolk. Scope of Work The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all of the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents. The work under this Project No. DDS 23-05, Renovate Bathrooms, 204 North St., Norfolk, Massachusetts includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of all the work as shown on the Drawings and/or specified including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Remove existing fixtures, grab bars, and bathroom accessories. Items to be reinstalled or turned over to the Facility shall be removed without damaging items. All items damaged by the contractor shall be furnished and installed new at no expense to the owner. 2. Remove existing: shower unit; tile floors; tile walls; plastic wallcovering; FRP: and wallboard behind any wall surfacing, throughout shower rooms. 3. Cut and remove concrete slab as shown and required to install new shower drains, new floor drains, new sloped shower floor, and run new plumbing. 4. Furnish and install wood blocking. 5. Furnish and install new sheet vinyl floors. 6. Furnish and install new wall board and solid surfacing on walls. 7. Furnish and install new bathroom accessories. 8. Paint interior surfaces of bathrooms. 9. Furnish and install new plumbing in accordance with the Massachusetts State Plumbing Code. 10. Furnish and install new electrical fixtures and devices in accordance with the Massachusetts Electrical Code
