Midvale City is seeking a Contractor to provide a 5-year Pavement Preservation Program for many streets throughout Midvale City, including, but not limited to, crack sealing and slurry sealing. PROPOSAL GUARANTY: Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Security acceptable in form to Midvale City in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to Midvale City as a guaranty that, if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Agreement no later than ten days after the award is made on the Contract. CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS RELATED TO THIS PROPOSAL PACKAGE: All questions related to this Bid Package shall be submitted on U3P no later than Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
