Renovation of an educational facility in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project is a campus wide modernization including remodel and 2,500 square foot addition to existing Administration Building including all new openings, finishes, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm; minor finish upgrades to the Kitchen of the Multipurpose Building; all new concrete slabs, openings, finishes, electrical and fire alarm for six Classroom Buildings; all new openings, finishes, electrical and fire alarm for the Library Building; all new fire alarm for seven portable Classroom Buildings and one portable Restroom Building; re-roof of all existing buildings (not including portable buildings) and covered walkways; reconfiguration of existing accessible parking, sidewalks, and play courts; new landscaping. This project is anticipated to start on approximately August 1, 2022 and is anticipated to have a duration of 365 calendar days for completion.
