Description

Site work and remodeling of a parking garage in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,618-square-foot parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of an alteration of 2,182 square feet of an existing office and storage area to become repair garage area for fleet vehicles. It also includes a removal of a 436 square feet canopy in order that an addition to the building can take its place. Four mounted vehicle lifts shall be installed on a new foundations.
