This phase will consist of construction of (4) football fields, sports field lighting, pre-fabricated restroom and concessions buildings, passive area, landscape and irrigation improvements, site lighting, and utility improvements and construction of up to (3) parking lots. The facility is located on the north side of Taft Highway between Gosford Road and Ashe Road. Mesa Marin Sports Complex Phase 3: The third phase of a City owned recreational facility known as "Mesa Marin Sports Complex." This phase will consist of construction of (4) softball fields, sports field lighting, a pre-fabricated restroom & concessions building, landscape and irrigation improvements, site lighting, utility improvements, and passive park amenities. The facility is located south of SR-178 at Bedford Green Drive. QA final date - Aug 19, 2021 at 10 am
