This project is construct a complex of 8 pickleball courts at Jones Park. The estimate of cost for this project is $400,000.Type of Bid Bids shall be on a firm fixed price basis.The Work for this project shall be performed according to Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS), 2021 edition. SUDAS documents may be found electronically. If there is a discrepancy between SUDAS and the City's Bid Documents, the City's Bid Documents take precedence. The City Council of the City of Cedar Rapids reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to enter such contracts as it deems in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to defer acceptance of any proposal for 45 calendar days after the bids have been received and opened. Representatives of OWNER will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Purchasing Services will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as is considered necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
