The Work generally consists of ADA Compliance of SE Quadrant Parks in the City of Cedar Rapids. Start Date: May 16, 2022 Final Completion: October 31, 2022 Bid security, as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code, in the amount of FIVE percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price. The City Council of the City of Cedar Rapids reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to enter into such contracts as it deems to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to defer acceptance of any proposal for 60 calendar days after the bids have been received and opened. Engineer's estimate of probable cost is $1,710,000
